Code of Conduct for Student Teachers

  • All student teachers must be regular, responsible, and punctual.
  • Student teachers must reach the college before the commencement of class time.
  • Latecomers must inform the concerned optional subject teachers of the reason without fail.
  • Student teachers must wear their uniform and ID cards while on the college premises.
  • Personal hygiene and classroom neatness must be maintained at all times.
  • Student teachers should exhibit friendliness, gentleness, and decency both inside and outside the college.
  • All student teachers must undertake responsibilities, duties, and assignments properly without fail.
  • No student teacher is allowed to leave the college premises without the permission of the Principal or faculty members.
  • Attendance at official college functions is mandatory.
  • Fees for the two-year programme must be remitted on the prescribed dates without fail.
  • Negligence in studies, irregular attendance, disobedience, failure to complete assignments or tasks, poor performance in practice teaching, and disrespect towards faculty and staff are serious offences that may lead to expulsion from the college.
  • Organizing assemblies, dharnas, agitations, fundraising activities among students, or any entertainment events without the prior permission of the Principal will result in strict disciplinary action, including expulsion.
  • Bringing plastic materials or any other toxic substances onto the campus will result in strict disciplinary measures.
  • Student teachers should make maximum use of the library facilities during library hours or their free time.
  • Ragging is strictly prohibited on and off the campus. Student teachers must not engage in any activities related to ragging.
  • The decision of the Principal and management shall be final in all matters.
